RECITAL TOMORROW!

Of course, this means the studio will be CLOSED. As students, teaching staff, and management will be at Vanier Hall for the majority of the day, there will be no classes on Saturday, November 16th.

Some quick, important reminders:

• Three performances: 10am, noon, and 3pm @ Vanier Hall in PGSS.
• Dancers, arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your show, with your costume on and hair/makeup complete.
• Once in Vanier, head directly to the gymnasium to check in with your instructor and class.
• If your student is in one of the first six dances, they will remain in the gym and start the show backstage.
• If not, they may watch from the audience until three numbers prior to their dance, then exit to the gym.
• Don't forget to retrieve your little dancers from the gym after they dance, to lead them back to their seat.
• Bring a change of clothes! You will need to leave costumes at Vanier Hall. There will be bins backstage and in the change rooms.
• Gifts and flowers will be available. BRING CASH OR CHEQUE as there will be no debit/credit facilities at Vanier.
• VideoNexus will be accepting orders for DVD recordings of each performance. Again, BRING CASH OR CHEQUE.
• If you have not already tried on your costume, do so immediately!
• Have you seen the performance orders? If not, take a look. It's important that you know when/where you dance.

And of course, double check your tickets! Are you 100% sure you have the correct tickets? If there is any doubt, contact us and we will confirm your student's placement. There is nothing worse than missing your child's 10am recital because you purchased tickets for the noon show. It has happened before, we hope it never happens again.
